In Russia, cats are much more popular than dogs with 57% of Russians having a kitty. Any guesses on which country takes the title of having the most pet fish?

They have offered to fly rescue dogs across the country to new owners for free! Not bad in a day and age when most airlines 'nickel and dime' you for everything.
